Blog delay

I'm having some computer problems so I'm getting a little behind in my posting. Tomorrow is Lincoln's 8 months birthday and he has learned so many new things in the last month. I will update as soon as I can!

Florida 2012

I spent the last 8 days in Ft. Myers with both boys, my mom and Lauren.  We had some beautiful weather (although it got a little cool), a lot of fun and I was blessed with 2 great sleepers! :)  It was definitely a successful trip, although we missed Nick!  We got home today and were so happy to see him for Valentine's Day.  Ben had lots to tell his daddy about!

During out visit, we went to the beach and pool, played outside, did a little shopping, had visits from my dad and grandparents and spent a lot of time with my Aunt Nancy and Uncle Tom.  Ben did a lot of singing (especially songs from our recent concert), learned how to spell his name and learned how to use the potty.  It was a very successful trip!

Florida - Winter 2012

Concert time

(I'm a bit behind.)  2 weekends ago, we went down to VA to take Ben to his first real concert.  We left Lincoln with my dad and sisters and took Ben to see Mr. Steve (Steve Songs from PBS).  All three of us were excited and it was really fun!  Nick and I were singing along like only the parents of a preschooler can do. :)  Can't wait to go back to see him again!

The boys played in the basement on Saturday afternoon and we were able to have a visit with Lauren, Aaron, Jen, Brendan and Dad. 

Beautiful weather in February!

Lincoln showed off his new moves by crawling right over to hold Brooke's hand....and then steal her toy. :)

(BTW, Ben asked to put a bandaid on this little cut on his chin.  The bandaid was there for 1 night and 1 day.  Now the mark from the bandaid is worse than the actual cut.  Such sensitive skin!)
