The temperature dropped and while the boys were showing my mom our fall decorations, we took some spontaneous pictures of the boys. They came out pretty cute....much better than pumpkin picking in 80 degree weather!

Zoo Atlanta
Today was our first time visiting Zoo Atlanta. We decided we'd take advantage of the beautiful weather, Kathy's first full day here for a visit, and do something fun before our busy week this week. It was "Boo at the Zoo" so they boys wore costumes. Lincoln sported his police man uniform for most of the day. I'm not sure Ben ever put his fireman coat on. Oh well...they had a great time!
The had a baby gorilla! So sweet!
And this is the closest I've ever been to a panda that wasn't behind glass. They have baby twins who should be out for viewing in a month or so....we will have to go back!
For all my efforts to get cute pictures of the boys....sometimes a spontaneous picture opportunity works best. Upon exiting the zoo...
Running like Daddy.
Fun outside.
Atlanta weather is gorgeous and the boys love living on a cul-de-sac where they can ride their bikes.
Pumpkin patch
We took the Lauren, Aaron, Jen and Brendan to the pumpkin patch with us. Doing this fall activity felt rather strange in 80 degree weather! The boys enjoyed the corn maze and hay ride at Uncle Shuck's. Sorry - lots of pictures. I couldn't pick my favorites. :)
Newlyweds.
Soon to be newlyweds.
8 years married and trying to keep the kids in one place for 3 seconds to get a family picture.
"Too heavy!"
Sometimes the stem makes sitting on a pumpkin a little difficult.
He was saying "Hi corn!"
