Ben's first art show

Lauren and Aaron's Party

We had a party to celebrate Lauren and Aaron's upcoming wedding over the weekend.  It was a surprise party.....and it definitely surprised them! :)  Can't wait for the big day!

Lincoln was a bit of handful until he discovered this corner of Jen's backyard where he could play in the dirt.  Problem solved.

A morning with the Kray/Heyne family

While Don and Kathy were in town this past week, we met Kara and Carl at Smith Playhouse and spent a morning running around the playground and then had a nice picnic before the rain came in.

Sher visit

A recent visit from my old roommate, Bern, and her boys.  Michael and Ben had a ton of fun playing together and watching my mom's progress on "Find Friends" before she arrived to town.  I will miss watching our 4 boys play together very very much when we go to GA.  (Her adorable son, Brendan, was not pictured here. :))

A wonderful day at the zoo!

This weekend was a big weekend for us.  After months of prep, we listed our house for sale on Friday and did one final clean on Saturday while preparing for our open house on Sunday.  We planned to be away from the house all day (both for the time of the open house and for the morning to avoid the boys messing up the house).  It was a beautiful day so we took a family trip to the zoo.  Below are our pictures from the trip.  It was an awesome day!

"Cheese"

Lincoln wanted to "alk! alk!" rather than ride in the stroller.  He tends to leave first letters off of words.

A little blurry, but I feel like this expression says so much.

Lincoln would have given the peacock a big hug if he could.

Such a cute stance while he checked out the birds.

Hard to get Lincoln to stand still for a picture so most of our attempts end up with Ben strangling him.  He's just trying to help....but it doesn't make for the best picture either.  Sure captures a stage though!

The best news was that the open house was successful!  A very productive day!
